Do you offer nationwide postal delivery?
Not yet. We currently deliver only within the UK.
Do you offer International delivery?
Not at this time—we deliver fresh, straight to your door.

How do I contact you?
Currently our 'Gorgeous' tins are available on preorder only. Orders are collected throughout the week and shipped together every Monday. If you order throughout the week by Saturday 23:59, your tin will be freshly baked, packed and dispatched the following Monday. Pre-orders are shipped every Monday via DPD Next Day, for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed with the following week’s batch and shipped the Monday after. This shipping method ensures maximum freshness, reduces energy & packaging waste, and helps us streamline fulfillment as we grow. Thank you for supporting our small business!
Is 'Gorgeous' available on pre-order only?

Can I pre-order for events?
Cookies are freshly baked to order. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Sorry!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the order is damaged or incorrectly delivered. If there's an issue with your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and our team will be happy to help. Please email us at orders@cocojumbo.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue you are reporting. This email is dedicated to order support. What is your returns & refunds policy?
We can’t offer refunds or replacements if no one is present for the delivery. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number and email address at checkout. DPD uses these to send tracking updates and allow you to rearrange delivery—like leaving the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Make sure to respond to DPD’s messages on the day of delivery to adjust options if needed.
What if no one’s home for delivery?
It’s the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please double-check delivery address before placing your order.
What if my delivery address is wrong?
Tuck your cookies into an airtight tin and they will stay fresh for up to five days. If you've got the willpower (we salute you), you can wrap and freeze them on the day you buy / receive them, good for up to 3 months.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
For that proper melt-in-the-middle magic, warm your cookie in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes on the middle shelf. Perfect gooeyness guaranteed.
How do I warm my cookie for a gooey, melt-in-the-middle treat?

How can I join the #CocoJumboMoment?
None of our cookies are gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free. They are made with wheat, dairy, and eggs, and produced in a kitchen that handles peanuts and tree nuts. Most flavours contain nut flour, even if they don’t include whole nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and do not offer allergen-free alternatives. Sorry! Are your cookies vegan/gluten-free/nut-free?
Yes, our cookies are suitable for vegetarians and those observing a Halal diet. They are made with premium French butter, free-range eggs, and premium alcohol-free French vanilla extract. We do not use pork, alcohol, or any animal or bovine gelatine in our products. Our marshmallows (found in our Rocky Road & S'mores limited edition flavours) are vegan marshmallows.
